- DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE? -

No account is required to shop.
At checkout, you can pay safe, fast & directly with your credit card
through our secure and encrypted payment method
or through paypal processing directly with your paypal account! 

 

 

- WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED? -

RIFLE + RADFORD takes all major credit cards, paypal & google wallet.

 

 

- HOW ARE RIFLE + RADFORD PRODUCTS SHIPPED? -

R + R ships with care!

 Your jewels will be gift wrapped & placed in a envelope
with a tracking number through usps.com.

- ONCE I PURCHASE, WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY R + R? -

For USA orders, once your order is placed,
please allow 1 to 7 business days for processing & creation depending on the order
-
Every jewel is uniquely handcrafted.
Then, 2 to 8 business days for shipping.
From purchase to delivery,
you should have your treasure between 3 - 15 days! 
Please watch for your shipping confirmation email.
If you have questions or concerns,
drop us a line and we will help you track that lovely treasure down!

If you would like a rushed order or are planning on wearing your R + R treat before the allotted days,
please select the appropriate shipping method at check out
either USPS Priority Express or UPS Next Day Air
which will be a 1 to 3 day guarantee delivery time depending on method selected.

 For international orders, processing & creation time is the same -
Shipping will depend on your country's individual codes. 

 

- HOW CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? -

Once your special R + R treasure is handcrafted with love, 
a shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent to your inbox!  
From then, your order can be tracked online @ usps.com.

if you have any specific questions for tracking updates.

 

- WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES? -

We are a small business.
Pride in our quality is the utmost importance here @ R + R.
 No returns. No refunds. Thank you! 
Exchanges are welcome
as long as returned in the same mint condition & unworn
- upon inspection & approval.
We have strict quality control checks & guidelines.
Depending on your personal wear & tear,
each individual item will behave differently.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost treasures once in your hands. 
Let us know your concerns &
we will see what options we have to make you a happy camper!

    Once an order is submitted, we are unable to cancel the order.

    changes to make

      Accidents happen!  
      We understand and know jewels are held dearly.
      We are more than happy to repair any R + R jewels.

      We will set up a pick up in the Austin area 
      or provide you with a mailing address.
      Each repair is unique, so we will discuss options as well.
